1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ONE SAMUI Travel ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

All tour bookings and yacht charters require a deposit to secure the reservation. Full payment must be completed before the date of the experience, as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• More than 14 days before: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
• 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 7 days before: No refund will be issued.
• Weather cancellations: If a trip is canceled by our captains due to unsafe weather conditions, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to follow the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times. We reserve the right to terminate the tour without refund if a guest's behavior jeopardizes the safety of the vessel, crew, or other passengers.

5. Liability

While we maintain strict safety standards, marine activities carry inherent risks. ONE SAMUI Travel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during our tours, except where caused by our gross negligence.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter itineraries or substitute vessels of equal or greater quality if necessary due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
